The PregoFIT Workouts are endorsed by ObGyns. The PregoFIT Workouts is a unique, month-by-month program that addresses health providers most common question, “Doctor, what exercises can I do to stay fit and healthy during my pregnancy — in the second month, as well as the fifth or seventh month?”
Providers are pleased that it is a tailored-program with customized workouts ‘specific’ to each month of pregnancy, that follows the ACOG (American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology) guidelines, and is designed for every fitness level.
