Trouble Sleeping? You’re Not Alone!

pregnancy woman sleeping

Many pregnant women tell me they can’t get a good night’s sleep.  Either they can’t fall asleep or else they wake frequently to go to the bathroom and can’t go back to sleep.  Maybe you’re one of them—and you’re pretty frustrated!  So, let’s break it down into some strategies that might help you.
