Kristen Ross, your ‘Coach’ for the PregoFIT Workouts, is a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist in Health & Human Performance for over 12 years. She has her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Wellness and a minor in Chemistry and Nutrition. She is a recognized Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Consultant by OBGYNs, birthing centers and lactation consultants.
Kristen is more than just a certified healthcare professional. She’s a woman who has heart for bringing wellness, in all areas, into the lives of fellow mothers.
Kristen and her husband, Aamon, have three little girls, Hayden Delight (her oldest), Koah Hope (the middle one), and Kade Marie (her youngest). As a mother, Kristen understands the pressures and daily stresses of handling wellness and motherhood. There are days life just gets overwhelming, and that’s why she created place for women to go and find encouragement, connection and advice to make the mother-load a little lighter.
Kristen finds a way to balance work and family life because her husband is her business partner and he is extremely business savvy, understanding, and an amazing father!
She considers it an honor and a privilege to be invited into the homes of so many Moms or Moms-to-be via whether it’s via listening to one of her Podcasts or watching one of her workout videos. She is passionate about equipping Mommas to wholly FIT, but in the ripple effect of wholeness that one woman can create by making the right decisions for her life.
