PregoFIT® Trying To Conceive
The PregoFIT® TTC Club Membership program was designed to prepare you for the pregnancy journey to help you lose those unwanted pounds, reduce your BMI (body mass index), turn healthy choices into habits, and set a foundation for ensuring better health for you and hopefully your baby. As a TTC Club Member, you will have access to the daily workouts and nutrition guidelines designed specifically for the TTC season. PregoFIT® Prenatal / Pregnancy
We created the PregoFIT® Workouts with the health and safety of both Mom and Baby in mind. Our workouts are a month-to-month program that follows the ACOG (American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists) guidelines and is endorsed by ObGyns. Each month of your pregnancy there is a workout designed specifically for that month of pregnancy. Our PostPregoFIT® & Beyond Workouts Program is designed to give Mom the tools needed to be healthy after giving birth to a child. We make it easy by providing a daily exercise regimin and nutritional guide to help Moms lose the excess pregnancy pounds. We know how busy life can be after having a little one, so the workouts are specially-designed for having time to workout, while caring for your baby.
