Welcome to the PregoFIT Club!  You are one step closer to taking control of your health and living the healthy lifestyle you desire!  The PregoFIT Club has customized programs for women trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, and those wanting to lose their pregnancy weight.  We invite you to join our community of like minded women who have a desire for fitness/nutrition and are looking for the support they need to live a healthy lifestyle!

As a PregoFIT Club Member:

  • You will choose which PregoFIT Club best meets your season, needs, goals, and objectives:
    • Trying To Conceive Club
    • PregoFIT (Pregnancy) Club
    • PostPregoFIT & Beyond (Postpartum) Club:
      • Program #1 — This program is designed to begin 7 days after a vaginal or 21 days after a c-section delivery. (These workouts are only 5-12 minutes long for the first 6 weeks, primarily focusing on strengthening the upper back, lower back, and building proper posture needed for carrying the baby, car seat, etc…)
      • Program #2 — This program is designed to begin 2-7 months after delivery.
      • Program #3 — This program is designed to begin 8+ months to 2 years after delivery.
      • Drop Those Prego Pounds (Moms who need to lose that baby weight and their baby is 2+! ;-) )
  • All of the PregoFIT Club programs gradually build off of the previous week’s workout for a strong foundation in posture and body awareness, yet gradually introducing new progressive exercises into the program to trigger the body and produce optimal results for weight loss.

As a PregoFIT Club Member:

  • You will receive our customized daily workouts that can be done with basic home equipment.  No gym membership required.  The workouts are designed for six days of exercising a week and one day of rest. 
  • Each week you will have unlimited access to ‘your’ customized exercise prescription (according to your season and goals).  After seven days, that week’s exercise prescription will be replaced with a NEW one.  Our system will keep you accountable to do workouts, because you cannot go back to review a previous week.  You will have to get them in…before they will be gone!
  • You will have VIP Access to Kristen Ross and the PregoFIT Experts.
  • You can connect with other Mom Club Members through groups and forums to share your journey and share in their journey.
  • You can connect with our PregoFIT Coaches to ask questions and share concerns.
  • You can join in on the discussions of topics led by our PregoFIT Coaches and PregoFIT Club Members
  • You will receive a Meal Plan Guideline comprised of recommended healthy, nutritional habits for your particular season and goals.
  • You will begin to see the impact and influence you have on others simply by staying consistent with your PregoFIT program.  Your choices will aspire others Moms to choose healthy choices for themselves, their babies, and their family’s lives.
  • You can regularly encourage other Moms as they pursue losing their pregnancy weight and make healthy choices for themselves and their family’s lives

The PregoFIT/Pregnancy Program will not receive a NEW workout each day.  Instead, the PregoFIT Club Members will receive a digital download of the PregoFIT Workouts month-by-month program via email.  You will receive the correct monthly workout based on your particular month of pregnancy.
