The PregoFIT Trying To Conceive (TTC) program was designed to prepare you for the pregnancy journey by providing you resources to live a healthy lifestyle. It is important to implement healthy habits now to have a strong foundation as you try to conceive.

The PregoFIT TTC Club is a community of like-minded women who have a desire for fitness/nutrition. We invite you to talk to our experts and share advice with other women trying to conceive. Becoming a PregoFIT TTC Club member will allow you to connect with our PregoFIT Coaches and other PregoFIT Members to discuss your journey during this season of life.
Connecting with other women and sharing your thoughts and feelings during this time (disappointments, frustrations, hope, patience, diligence, determination, etc…) is a favorite component of the PregoFIT TTC Club Member program. By sharing your story with others and connecting with other Moms-to-be, you will experience the support and accountability to help you stay on track to achieve your weight-loss goals.
As a PregoFIT TTC Club Member, you will receive:
- Daily Workouts designed to to shed your excess weight
- Receive the Trying To Conceive Daily Nutritional Guideline to develop healthy eating habits and lose weight
- Access to engage in ALL the PregoFIT Club chats, forums, and groups (TTC, Prenatal, Postnatal, Etc…)
- Interact with PregoFIT Health & Wellness Team
- Interact with PregoFIT Coaches
- Interact with ALL PregoFIT Club Members (TTC, Prenatal, Postnatal, Etc…)

Choosing to make healthy decisions now for yourself…and your baby….even before pregnancy will begin preparing you to realize that your choices matter, not only for your health and wellbeing but for their health and wellbeing, too!
