Welcome to the PregoFIT Club!
Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, we have a customized program to fit your needs. The Postpartum (PostPregoFIT & Beyond) program was designed for women who have had a baby to provide the resources to have the safest recovery possible and to get back into shape. We encourage you to join even if you had the baby 10 years ago!
The PostPregoFIT & Beyond program is a community of like-minded women who have a desire for fitness/nutrition. We invite you to talk to our experts and share advice with other Moms trying to get back into shape. We have different categories for Moms who had a vaginal delivery, Moms who had a c-section, and those just looking to get back into shape no matter how long ago they delivered their baby! There are 7 different PostPregoFIT & Beyond (Postpartum) Club Workouts for Moms to choose from:
- 1 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #1 = experienced a vaginal delivery and wanting to exercise 1+ week after delivery
- 2 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #2 = experienced a vaginal delivery and wanting to begin exercising 6+ weeks after delivery
- 3 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #3 = experienced a vaginal delivery and wanting to begin an exercise program 8+ months after delivery
- 4 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #1 = experienced a c-section delivery and wanting to exercise 3+ weeks after delivery
- 5 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #2 = experienced a c-section delivery and wanting to begin exercising 8+ weeks after delivery
- 6 — PostPregoFIT & Beyond Program #3 = experienced a c-section delivery and wanting to begin an exercise program 8+ months after delivery
- 7 — “Drop Those Prego Pounds” = still carrying around those pregnancy pounds and it has been years since you have been pregnant
- 8 — Coming Soon! ”Lose Those Last 5-10 Prego Pounds!” = for women having trouble losing those last 5-10 pounds!
In addition to the PostPregoFIT & Beyond Club Workouts being realistic to accomplish while caring for a newborn, Moms will gain many benefits from our postpartum exercise programs, specifically to reduce the risk of experiencing the baby blues and/or postpartum depression. PregoFIT developed each of the PostPregoFIT & Beyond Club programs to take the guesswork out of:
- how to exercise…with limited time
- when to exercise…with limited energy
- what exercises are most effective…
- …to help reduce the risk of experiencing postpartum depression
- …to quickly lose those pregnancy pounds
- …to keep the weight off!
As a PostPregoFIT & Beyond Club member, you will receive:
- Daily Workouts designed to shed the weight gained during pregnancy
- Daily Nutritional Guideline for awareness of eating habits and how to create healthy, manageable eating habits
- Access to engage in ALL the PregoFIT Club grouts and forums (TTC, Prenatal, Postnatal, Etc…)
- Interact with PregoFIT Health & Wellness Team — share your thoughts and feelings during this season (exhaustion, joy, multi-tasking, sleepless nights, etc…)
- Interact with PregoFIT Coaches – to ask questions or share concerns
- Interact with ALL PregoFIT Club Members (TTC, Prenatal, Postnatal, Etc…) — connect to discuss experiences as they, and you, journey through this special season.
