I remember how she brought peace to my mind during my first pregnancy by answering so many questions and concerns that I had from ‘what I heard’. Here’s her thoughts……. Have you ever noticed that everyone wants to give advice to pregnant women? Some of it is good, while some of it isn’t. Don’t raise your arms over your head or you’ll strangle the baby. Eat plenty of fish while you’re pregnant. Don’t eat fish while you’re pregnant. Be sure to get sleep now while you can. Breastfeed your baby—it’s healthier. Don’t breastfeed your baby—it’s too hard.
