I have never been a fan of workout DVDs. I prefer going to the gym. However, I just wasn’t confident that I should keep doing what my non-pregnant body would do. These workouts are truly doable!  I had never exercised before and now am pregnant with twins.  The weight gain I am experiencing is so uncomfortable and I couldn’t imagine having ‘extra energy’ to workout.  I am pleasantly surprised that I can do all of the exercises and within a few months into my pregnancy, develop enough strength and stamina to ‘carry around’ the extra weight without back pain!  Yea!  This is the best thing that could have happended to me!  I am now convinced of the benefits of exercise and wellness! Joanne Y., MA

I had knee surgery on both knees the summer before I was pregnant with my baby girl.  I was nervous about the workouts because my knees were still healing.  I began using the videos in the 2nd Trimester and enjoyed them!  I found the exercises to be easy to do and comfortable on my body.  I appreciated the detail instruction given and the fact that they were exercises I could do in the privacy of my own home.  Not only did my knees handle the workout well, but I did not experience any complications with my knees in spite of carrying more weight with the pregnancy.  Thanks again!  I look forward to using it for future pregnancies. Terisa C., TX

I was really impressed with PregoFIT.  I struggle working out on my own because I need variety.  PregoFIT definitely provided variety…just about the time I was getting bored with the routine, it was time to start a new month!  The exercises were awesome and appropriate for each stage of my pregnancy.  My husband, who works out consistently 30-60 minutes a day, even worked out with me sometimes and enjoyed it!  This may sound weird, but I look forward to being pregnant again, partly because I can’t wait to start PregoFIT again! Allison H., TN
